January Sign

I have decided once the Christmas decorations are taken down my house needs a little more flavor and excitment for the month of January! This is made out of MDF, I cut the letters using my cricut and then mod podged it all together!! I have vaulted ceilings in our living room and it sits at the top in a little nook!!

I love Crafting!

I survived my first craft fair, but after seeing all the fun stuff my mind has been thinking up all these fun projects I would like to do! To bad we are limited to the dollar store and pamida here!! I am dreaming of a trip to Billings to hobby lobby, michaels, and I might even try good will for some of the projects I am dreaming!!

I love getting Christmas cards in the mail! They are so fun and I love displaying them....well I needed a fun way to show them off and be able to enjoy them! So out I went alls I needed were 2 cookie sheets...some peppermints and I already had the ribbon and magnets...

I used liquid nails to glue the peppermints to my round magnets (I left the candy wrapped) and after a little trial and error I discovered the 5 minute apoxy in the shop and it was my best friend in attaching the ribbon..and here is what I got...what do you think?? (you have to scroll back to the top to see it...I am a new blogger :)

I have found a new love for Chalk board paint!! I had these glasses that have been around forever and I wanted to try it out! So for holiday parties everyone can write their name on their very own glass! The biggest bummer though is it makes them hand wash only!! Oh well! I think its a fun Christmas gift idea for a couple with a bottle of wine! I am going to try and make some up for my craft fair table! Cambree in her RED WHITE AND BLUE today!! Thanking all the service men and women for what they do!

It's two weeks till Thanksgiving!! Where is the time going? I have about half my crafting done for the craft fair and I need to get busy on the rest, but I just had to share with you my fun project I did yesterday at nap time! I took down all the halloween and thought my house looked a little bear, but its too soon to do Christmas! I am in love with crafty blogs and I have been seeing this on several! So I found these frames on clearance so the whole wall cost less than $10!
Now I have to be thinking of what I am going to do for Christmas with these frames...
Hope everyone has a great Thursday!
